Abilene Concrete Contractor provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Abilene, TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a signed written estimate or contract. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the visit and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs change after the estimate is issued. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the written contract provided before work begins. A deposit may be required to schedule your project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your contract.
4. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be outlined in your contract. Concrete is a natural material and minor surface variations, hairline cracks within normal ranges, and color variations are not considered defects. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
5. Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or modify your project at any time before work begins. If a deposit has been paid and cancellation occurs within 48 hours of a scheduled pour, you may forfeit some or all of the deposit to cover material and scheduling costs already incurred. Changes to project scope after work begins will require a written change order.
6. Site Access and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area on the day of service. This includes removing vehicles, clearing obstacles, and notifying us of any underground utilities not marked by the local utility locating service. We are not responsible for damage caused by unmarked underground lines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so this may not apply to you.
